About
A
manicure consists of [filing](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nail_file)
and shaping the free
edge
of nails, pushing and clipping (with a cuticle pusher and cuticle
nippers) any nonliving tissue (but limited to the [cuticle](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cuticle)
and [hangnails](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hangnail)),
treatments with various liquids, [massage](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massage)
of the hand, and the application of [nail
polish](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fingernail_polish).
When the same is applied to the [toenails](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nail_(anatomy))
and feet, the treatment is referred to as a [pedicure](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pedicure).
Most of gelish nail polish can stay on nails for 2-3 weeks before
another manicure, if there is no deliberate damage to it, depends of
many conditions. The regular varnish can stay on the nails about 1
week.
All
the tools and equipment using for nail treatments is either disposable
or sterilised in autoclav and disinfect properly after each client to
provide fully safe treatments.
